An amazing opportunity to experience the Champagne grape harvest.
Programm of the day
- 11am: Arrival at Epernay by train
Welcome at the cellar, presentation of the day and Champagne tasting of course !
You will get to try four different Champagne.
- 12.30pm: Lunch
Meeting with the owners of a local vineyard and lunch with them and their farmers.
- 2.30pm : visit of their property
- 3pm: Grape Harvest
You will join the team and spend two hours in the fields, collecting the grapes.
- 5pm: Aperitif in front of the press
Presentation and explanation of the process of the "methode champenoise" from the press to the bottle.
- 6.30pm: Last Champagne tasting along with some starters
- 7.30pm: Diner at a local restaurant with every body.
- 10pm: end of the day!
