Description
You will prepare, from scratch, 6 pastries or desserts, using seasonal ingredients and fresh products only.
The Chef will guide you through the recipes and will show you some of the great tips he learned along his 10 years of experience as Pastry chef in France, Italy and USA.
You might prepare some desserts like creme brulee, Molten chocolate cake or Soufflé au Grand marnier, but also some madeleine or poached pears with red wine and spices...
After the Pastry class you can eat it all or you can choose to take it home with you (except for the creme brulee) to share with the people you love.
